My Name is Tavonga Mlauzi, this is my tree, and below is me and my friends in our school kitchen garden where we grow herbs, vegetables and fruits that give us more minerals and vitamins to fight diseases.

The Virus COVID-19 KING
From across the world, the virus King came.
The sun rose each day.
We, the Zimbabweans, waited.
Carried by terror.
From across the world, the virus king came.
Carried by people.
We want to feel safe, and at home;
to be seen and heard and held.
The sun rose each day.
And so, did the numbers.
The streets quietened. The soldiers came.
The police came.
Perhaps our early measures would limit the spread.
Perhaps there would be a cure.
Coughing and coughing and coughing
The virus king smiles
lavender and lemon grass herbal tea scare the virus king
Fever, hot body and chest pains
The virus king smiles
Moringa and yarrow herbal tea to scares the virus king
Herbal garden scares the virus king
Sanitise, sanitise and stay at home!
